Catalyst Social Work Services supports individuals and families on their journey toward well-being and balance. We provide thoughtful, professional, and compassionate care, helping clients navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, insight, and confidence.

The practice is led by Vineesh Mathew, a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Vineesh is the author of Invest Your Thoughts Wisely and Wisdom Stories: A Journey into the Inner Depths, books that explore mindfulness, personal growth, and spiritual insight.

Beyond social work practice, Vineesh is actively involved in community leadership. He serves as a Branch Councillor with Foresters Financial Community Grants, Chairperson of Unifor Local, and formerly as a Board Director at Impact Neighbourhood Services, reflecting a deep commitment to community well-being and social impact.
